These terms govern your use of Kasa, a property management workspace for independent landlords and their tenants. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

Your account

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for keeping your login credentials secure. Landlords are responsible for having the right to store the tenant information they add to their workspace.

Acceptable use

Use Kasa only for lawful property management purposes. Don't attempt to access another user's data, disrupt the service, or use it to send spam or unlawful communications.

Payment records

Rent payments recorded in Kasa are bookkeeping records between landlord and tenant. Kasa does not currently move money or act as a payment processor, escrow agent, or financial institution.

Your data

Your data remains yours. How it's collected and handled is described in the Privacy Policy. You can delete your records at any time, and request full account deletion via the contact page.

Service availability

Kasa is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We work to keep the service reliable, but don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we're not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the service evolves; the date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
