Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 31, 2026
Kasa is a property management workspace for independent landlords and their tenants. This policy explains what information Kasa collects, why, and how it is handled.
What we collect
- Account information — your email address and password (stored as a secure hash), used to sign you in.
- Workspace data — the properties, units, tenants, transactions, maintenance requests, payment records, and messages you create while using Kasa.
- Contact form submissions — the name, email, and message you send through our contact page.
How it's used
Your data is used solely to provide the Kasa service: showing your dashboard, connecting landlords with their tenants, and responding to your messages. Kasa does not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising.
Where it lives
Account and workspace data is stored with Supabase, our authentication and database provider. Access is restricted so landlords see only their own portfolio and tenants see only their own records. The site is hosted on Netlify, which processes contact form submissions.
Your choices
You can update or delete the records you've created at any time from your dashboard. To request deletion of your account and all associated data, reach out through the contact page.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date above is updated. Meaningful changes are communicated in the app.
